Ingredients
Method
- Prep your squash: Start by cutting the squash in half lengthwise. Use a spoon to scoop out the seeds. Then, slice it into thin wedges (about 1-inch thick) to ensure even cooking.

- Season: In a large bowl, mix the cut squash with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Ensure all the pieces are coated evenly.

- Air fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Once preheated, place the seasoned squash wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer—don’t overcrowd, so they cook evenly.

- Cook: Air fry the squash for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway through to achieve a nice golden-brown color on both sides.

- Serving: Once done, transfer the squash to a plate and garnish with fresh herbs if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
