- Prep the Potatoes: Start by washing your potatoes thoroughly. Peel them if you prefer, but leaving the skin on adds a nice texture. Cut them into wedges or sticks.
- Season: In a large mixing bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Make sure every wedge is generously coated.

- Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 380°F (190°C) and let it preheat for about 5 minutes.
- Add Potatoes: Arrange the seasoned potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding—cook in batches if necessary!
- Cook: Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Check Crispiness: If they need more crisp, add another 2-3 minutes until you reach your desired golden color.

- Serve: Once done, serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce, or enjoy them as is!
