  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish optional

Method
 

  1. Start by cooking your pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained pasta with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Gently toss everything until the pasta is well coated.
  3. Take the halved cherry tomatoes and mix them into the pasta.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes. This step helps achieve that perfect crispy texture.
  5. Carefully place the pasta mixture into the air fryer basket, spreading it out evenly. You want to make sure it cooks uniformly.
  6. Cook in the air fryer for about 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  7. After 10 minutes, remove the basket and sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top. Return to the air fryer and cook for another 3-5 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Once done, take it out and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
