Ingredients
Method
- Begin by slicing the kielbasa into bite-sized pieces or half-moon shapes, depending on your preference.
- In a bowl, combine the kielbasa with olive oil (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Once preheated, carefully place the kielbasa in the air fryer basket. Make sure to space them out for proper air circulation.
- Cook for 10 minutes, then shake the basket and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes until golden brown, adjusting the time based on the desired crispiness.
- If using, mix honey and Dijon mustard in a small bowl and brush the glaze on the kielbasa during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Carefully remove from the air fryer and serve hot!

Notes
Feel free to experiment with your favorite seasonings or vegetables to roast alongside the kielbasa. Just ensure that the veggies have varying cooking times if you choose to add them.
